There's been a lot going on out there in our world and with Christmas right around the corner we'll get right into this so you can start enjoying some eggnog and the holiday festivities. First off, Aaron Suski has become quite the family man recently, celebrating the birth of his daughter, Sophia Annabella Suski. Congratulations Suski!

Geoff Rowley has returned home for the holidays and Mark Appleyard is traveling in Finland and Northern Europe.

Dustin Dollin, Chima Ferguson, Jake Duncombe, and Lewis Marnell are in prime weather for skating because it's summer in the land down under. They recently took part in a contest hosted by Red Bull called Sk8 of Origin. The contest consisted of three teams battling it out for six days in Melbourne, Australia completing challenges, skating spots, and doing bonus tricks to get the highest score. Besides that, they have all been skating hard and having as much fun as possible.

Rune Glifberg has been a traveling man as of lately, hitting up contests in China and Dubai to name a few. He got 2nd place at the Shanghai showdown and 2nd place at the X Games in Dubai getting him some extra cash for holidays. Rune will be at the Surf Expo in January attending Volcom's mini ramp contest. Javier Sarmiento has been comin' up with some crazy new tech tricks lately. Check his latest Volcom ad below and you'll get a glimpse of what we're talking about.

Nick Trapasso, Brandon Westgate, Caswell Berry and Angel Ramirez just got back from Hawaii this week. They took a trip down there to skate the local spots as well as attend a contest and one of Volcom's infamous Bowl Shop Battle's in Oahu. Caswell also came out with a solid part in the new Osiris video, "Feed The Need". It's a free video that will be at any skate shop that carries Osiris, so go grab yourself a copy.

Nick Dompierre has been touring across the states with Adio where they started off their road trip at the Texas Make-A-Wish benefit in Houston. Ryan Sheckler turns the big 18 next week and Oakley just had a huge party to celebrate at their compound. Tell him Happy Birthday if you see him around. Darrell Stanton and Louie Lopez were seen this past weekend at Globe's Outback Rail Jam. Globe/Dwindle hosted a contest on a rail replica built on the side of their warehouse where they gave out cash for tricks and had an authentic taco stand as well. Darrell and Louie both got handed some cash.

Dennis Busenitz recently went on a trip to China with the Adidas crew to rip up some new spots. Since then, he has been at home with his lady getting himself prepared for fatherhood, which they are expecting sometime in January. Collin Provost has been spotted skating locally around Huntington Beach shooting photos and shredding the streets with his friends. Danilo Cerezini has been on a rampage lately touring the globe, shooting photos, and filming for his part in the upcoming Blind video.

Grant Taylor and Lewis Marnell both came out with buttery parts in Nike's new video, "Nothing But The Truth". Luan De Oliveira and Filipe Ortiz have been steady crushin in Brazil, tearing up their home turf. Those two are on fire! They will both be skating at S.P.o.T.'s annual Tampa Am contest.

The deadline for Flip Skateboards new vid, "Extremely Sorry" is rapidly approaching and Geoff, Mark, Rune, Louie and Luan as well as the rest of the Flip squad have been hitting the spots hard trying to get there last minute bangers.
