Tyler Flanagan, Dylan Alito, Johnny Lazzareschi and Zak Stone burn laps at Keystone,
Colorado for Snowboarder Magazine's 2nd annual Launch. An event focused on the
progression of shredding.
Take the best up and coming groms (under 18) invite them to a custom built park, litter the hill with filmmaker’s, photographers, throw in the militant like direction from Snowboarder’s Pat “the Eye” Bridges and your in for a treat! These kids are hungry. The future of the sport, all congregated on the meticulously manicured slopes.
From Left to right, Johnny "the spazz Lazz", Zak Stone"man", Tyler "little T" Flanagan, Dylan "didn't do it" Alito. Neighbors, Lock your doors.
The opening day session was perfect. Not an ounce of wind and crystal blue skies. However, the forecast was calling for snow on the later 2 days of the 3-day shoot. Luckily, the storms lightly scattered snow, allowing for all 3 sessions to go down. On the final day of shooting, a select few were granted the opportunity to ride the evening session with the Red Bull Helicopter filming from above. You know we are embarking on a new era when kids still shy of a driver's licensee are being filmed from a Heli!!
Tyler is no stranger to a good jump. One perfect frontside 360 with a side of style.
The boys found an odd way to use the trany on the side of step down as booter. Here, Dylan dumps a backside 180 into the landing.
Keystone brought out a cherry picker for added angles. Dyaln backside 9 off the main jump.
Tahoe Loc and family rider, Danny Whitty sending it off the corrugated steel.
 Lazz , backside 180.
Lazz was hyped on this barrel on top of the quarterpipe tranny.

 Stone"man" sending it!
Thanks for the mind numbing and bow raising riding! The best part about it; our groms are off to the other, the original Snowboarder Superpark, at Mammoth Mountain next month. Stay tuned…..
