BRUCE'S BIRTHDAY AT THE VOLCOM HOUSE

Yesterday was Bruce's 26th birthday. The waves jumped up overnight and the North
Shore awoke to bombing 12 foot waves. The swell was massive, and straight from
the west. Bruce paddled out mid-morning and got some of the best waves of the
day. Around late afternoon we all got ready for
Bruce's party. Pounds and pounds of marinated steak and ribs rolled up, along with all the other good things that's needed for a party. We
prepped the house and began. The house was packed pretty early, and Kaiborg
ruled the grill. Bruce and Borg's friend Keikane jammed on the guitar while huge 3rd
reef Pipe swell rolled through as the sun set. It was a great day and night. Happy
Birthday Bruce!
These five plus the hundred behind the camera raised their drinks to cheers.
Then these five bombs raised and said a cheers too.
