"050505" works by Pierre Marre at The Volcom Store
March 5th - June 20, 2005
Last Thursday, the 5th day of the 5th month of the 5th year of this century, was the date
for the inaugural art show at The Volcom Store in Hossegor, France. Pierre Marre's
"050505" showing was a success, revelers crowded the store from the beginning to well
after 11 PM. Thanks to Pierre, Tim Frager, Steph (Volcom Store manager) and Volcom
Europe for making this happen. Be sure not to miss next month's Art Happening at The
Volcom Store: Ben Brough will be exhibiting from June 24 until 24 July.

Pierre Marre is a 25-year-old artist coming from "le Havre" - France. He lives in Bordeaux
where he just finished college with a major in visual communication. Pierre has always
been translating his ideas and the way he sees the world on random pieces of paper. His
art describes an edgy, non-conventional and humoristic vision with a strong ethnic stamp.
