2008 Volcom Tour Roadie for a Day Rules and Instructions
All you have to do to enter the 2008 Volcom Tour Roadie for a Day is fill
the entry form out completely and submit it. Once you have submitted your
info consider yourself entered into the contest. If you are a lucky winner,
Volcom will contact you by phone/email and you will have 48 hours to respond
or we will pick another winner. You must respond back to us in-order to win.
By entering the contest you agree to comply with the Sweepstakes Official
Rules.
Sweepstakes Official Rules
- Entry form must be filled out completely. Entries that are incomplete,
illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted for entry.
- You may only enter once! Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- The winner will be randomly selected on September 1st, 2008.
- There will only be 1 winner.
- The winner will be announced on the Volcom and Volcom Ent websites after
the winner has been notified.
- The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time on July 29, 2008 and ends
at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on August 31, 2008. Entries received after 11:59 pm
on August 31, 2008 will be ineligible.
- The winner (and his/her guest) will receive the following:
Round-trip coach airfare from a major United States airport to the
NJ/NYC are;
2 nights accommodations.
Ground transportation to/fromairports and venue.
$500 Volcom gift pack (wholesale value)
- Sweepstakes is open to everyone, but the winner must fly from a major
airport in the United States.
- If the winner is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian MUST
accompany him/her.
- All winning packages are complements of Volcom. Winners are responsible
for all taxes and any other expenses not listed related to the acceptance
and use of the prize. If the prize is refused or prize notification is
returned, an alternate winner will be selected. Winners cannot elect to
redeem the cash value of the prize or obtain any other substitute prize.
- No purchase is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of
winning.
- Any fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification and
voiding all eligibility of winning any prizes.
- Volcom is not responsible for error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in
operations transmission, theft of entry materials, or failure of Volcom to
receive information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion
on the Internet or any combination thereof.
