Can I return/exchange Volcom product to a local dealer?

At this time our retail locations are only able to process returns that were originally purchased from their physical store locations. We do not have an exchange policy in place and all returns will be initiated as a refund back to the original form of payment on file for your order.  If you are interested in receiving an alternative size, color or style, a new order will need to be replaced online or within one of our retail/authorized dealer location.

US Returns:

Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website (https://www.volcom.com/a/returns) and add the order you wish to send back.  Once RMA # is created a pre-paid FedEx will be provided to you to return the product back for processing.

Canada Returns:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  Once confirmed and created a pre-paid FedEx label will be emailed to you to have your product returned back for processing.

International Returns:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  A return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will be provided to you with additional shipping instructions on where to send your online return.

Orders placed through our online store or telesales will need to be initiated by contacting our Customer Service department.
