What is the DIY Machine?

• We're collaborating with a specialty partner that has state-of-the-art, proprietary direct-to-garment printing technology.  This enables us to print designs on demand in a scalable way that benefits both the consumer and the environment. 

Are they screen printed?

• The traditional screen printing process makes it difficult to print individualized designs.  We instead use state-of-the-art direct-to-garment printing technology that outputs at or better designs than screen printed ones.

How many days does it take to get my order?

• Since these are made only when an order is placed, it may take a few days to print and pack, as well as usual shipping times to get it to your door.  We estimate it may take up to 5 business days to get your order, if not sooner.

Can I edit my DIY design once the order is submitted?

• Once your DIY has been submitted our system does not allow us to cancel or edit the graphic(s) or size of the item

Is it available Internationally?

• Unfortunately, at this time we only print and ship within the United States.

How is the quality?

• We take quality seriously, as it is a reflection of our brand.  So the partner in process has fully been vetted to ensure the highest standards that should exceed our customer's expectations.  All artwork is printed on our highest quality tee fabrics that you find today.

What is the return policy?

• Since these are one-of-a-kind made items, unfortunately we do not allow returns at this time.  If you discover any issues with your order, please contact Customer Service and we can assist you further.
