Return Procedure

Return Claim Process:

  1. Call Toll Free (855) 330-0188 or email our Customer Service team at Customerservice@volcom.com and have your order # and items you wish to return available.
  2. Once your request is received we will email you a return authorization number (RA#), and a pre paid FedEx shipping label to have the product returned to us.
  3. Print the label out and drop your package off at the nearest FedEx shipping location: http://www.Fedex.com/locate/
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product (3-5 business days), a credit memo will be emailed to the address on file as proof of the refund reflecting back to you.
  • Original shipping charges will not be added to credit
  • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (5%-10%)
  • Exchanges will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately.
  • Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations.

Note: Prepaid FedEx label is only offered to the United States and Canada. This offer excludes orders being shipped from Puerto Rico, certain US territories and Yukon territory.

Products or packages mailed directly to Volcom Headquarters without RA # will be REFUSED and returned to the sender at their cost.  RA #'s are valid for only 30 days and will be returned if received after 30 day period.
