Return Procedure

 

Due to the  COVID-19 crisis, we are currently experiencing an extended wait time on processing return requests. 

US Returns:

Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website (https://www.volcom.com/a/returns) and add the order you wish to send back.  Once RMA # is created a pre-paid FedEx will be provided to you to return the product back for processing.

Canada Returns:

Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website (https://www.volcom.ca/a/returns) and add the order you wish to send back.  Once RMA # is created a pre-paid FedEx will be provided to you to return the product back for processing.

International Returns:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  A return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will be provided to you with additional shipping instructions on where to send your online return.

 

US and CA Auto Return Claim Process:

  1. Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website
  2. Add your order # and email address on file for the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and include the quantity/reason for return.
  4. Select return shipping method
  • Pre-paid FedEx label
  • Ship using alternative carrier
  • Package your item(s) and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location with the label taped to the outside or RMA # written on the outside. Once received (3-5 business days), a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund.
    • Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
    • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (5%-10%)
    • No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items 
    • Exchanges will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately.
    • Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale.  Online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations.

    Note: Prepaid FedEx label is only offered to United States and Canadian customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from Puerto Rico, certain US territories, Yukon territory and international orders.

    Products or packages mailed directly to Volcom Headquarters without RA # will be REFUSED and returned to the sender at their cost.  RA #'s are valid for only 30 days and will be returned if received after 30 day period.
