"I've purchased this "model" shirt before and the last one they sent was unusually small. It's for sure a manufacturing inconsistency, which happens sometimes. Emailed them about it and the customer service is making me jump through a million hoops. All I want is to not pay the return shipping which is very reasonable to ask. Now the return window is ending, lot of time wasted. Feels crummy."
