"The bag fell apart at the seams within a week of my son using it for a man unremarkable amount of notebooks for school. Volcom customer service refused to replace or refund because we didn’t buy it from their website directly. We will no longer be purchasing products from Volcom."
"This backpack lasted through 2 school years and now it has been passed down to Mom. Replaced it with the exact same one for upcoming school year. Lots of compartments, each side can hold a water bottle. 👍🏼"
"Comfortable straps- thicker than normal backpacks. Bought for my 1st grader and myself for real estate. Love this bag! Holds everything I need and keeps me organized and the zippers are easy to open and operate."
"Absolutely love the Hardbound Backpack. has plenty of room, nice & sturdy & big front pocket. Overall the backpack is very durable."
"There's nothing special about it (standard compartments/holders/etc) but it looks clean, shoulder straps are comfy, and the material is pretty thick. It's perfect for work. ."
