Stoked on the gear! Order processing/fulfillment a joke. . .
"Been running V-Co gear since Richard still lived in a trailer park. This particular order took just short of two weeks to be fulfilled. I attempted on multiple occasions to gain some clarity as to the delay. I got two email responses that were cookie-cutter at best, explaining the order process and not the specific issue with this order exclusively. Never have had this issue in the past. Turned out to be an internal payment processing snafu that was finally explained on my third request for some clarity. Having no one to call directly isn't customer-centric whatsoever. No bueño! I've worked many years in the e-commerce market (TACTICS: 1st of two Matt & Bob hired in the very beginning) so am educated on the process. Customer satisfaction is huge. Providing all the keys to great customer service is what separates the best from the rest."
