Poor quality and terrible customer service

"I received my board shorts and they looked good as the other 4 I own through the years. After I washed them the stitching became undone and I never even worn them. I contacted them and they offered me $6 back on a $60 pair of shorts but wouldn’t exchange due to their new policy. I’ll never order from the again."
