"I couldn't wear them all day because there is no arch support, however I take them on every vacation for my 'going out' shoe. They are super comfortable and pack well. They look great with any little beachy dress or shorts or whatever! I love these shoes."

"A few months ago, I tore ligaments in my ankle in a fall. I ended up in a bandage and brace and on crutches for several weeks. I wasn’t able to wear any of my regular shoes on my injured foot. I found these slides at a local store and found that I could wear them with the bandage and brace. I picked them up in tan as well as black to match several of my work and casual shoes. This allowed me to match them to the shoe that I was wearing on my good foot. I was happy with how well both of the slides went with the colors of many of my regular sandals and dress shoes. They were pretty comfortable and afforded my injured foot some protection, especially if I had to put it down on the ground. I also liked seeing my injured foot dressed in a shoe instead of just being bare. This was really beneficial as I ended up being on crutches for several weeks while my ankle healed up. I wore the tan slide to a wedding and reception while I was recovering, and the color was nearly identical to the tan heel that I wore on my good foot. I still had to be on crutches, but at least I could wear two shoes! I was amazed at how many people commented on them and complemented me on making the best of the situation. These complements certainly helped my spirits and boosted my confidence going out on my crutches. Nobody wants to get hurt, but it ends up being whatever you make of it. I liked that I could show off my injury in a positive way and not let it get me down!"
