Skate With The Stone Twitch Supercut

On the night of October 27th, lovers of the Stone came out to Costa Mesa to celebrate the launch of the ThisThatThem skate pant, a pant designed with the intent of making a pant specifically for women to skate in. The event featured the 4 women that worked with Volcom designer, Kimberly Immegart to help design the pant: Rachelle Vinberg, Liv Lovelace, Monica Torres and Lore Bruggeman (remotely). Dede Lovelace held down the DJ booth with an epic set. In addition to tons of action in the skatepark, RAUE held a live performance in the Volcom HQ store. Once the crowd got out a little energy skating the Volcom skatepark, the lights went down to premiere the action-packed edit featuring the aforementioned guests of honor.

In addition to open skate, guests had the opportunity to customize grip tape, make buttons, DIY stickers and take photos in the Vortex Stone. In the skatepark, anyone that wanted to give the pants a try could test them out and get a photo in front of a giant Volcom stone mirror. Back in the store, Ceremony Chainstitch was wowing everyone with her custom chainstitch detail skills on their own ThisThatThem pants!

Archie’s Ice Cream and The Good Bar kept everyone fed and happy while Topo Chico, Sierra Nevada, Tea West and Strainge Beast Hard Kombucha quenched everyone’s thirst.
