Returns Policy: Free 45 day Return Period

Volcom wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a FREE 45 day return period on all items ordered via phone or online store.

• Items must be in 100% resalable condition
• Return time frame starts from original ship date
• All returns will be refunded back to the original payment on file
• No returns or exchanges for on Final Sale items
• Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations
• Prepaid FedEx label is only offered to United States and Canadian customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from Puerto Rico, certain US territories, Yukon territory and international orders.

US Return:

Click the "Return Your Order" link within the footer of our website (https://www.volcom.com/a/returns) and add the order # you wish to send back.  Once an RMA # has been created a pre-paid FedEx will be provided to you in order to return your product for processing.

Canada Return:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  Once confirmed and created a pre-paid FedEx label will be emailed to you to have your product returned back for processing.

International Return:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  A return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will be provided to you with additional shipping instructions on where to send your online return.
