Good jeans , inconsistent fit

"I love the jeans when they fit right. But I have bought several pair and they fit quite differently. I am a size 31 waist and I had to buy size 29 in person and they fit. Bought them again and that was way too tight. So bought 31 and they varied. One pair was good and one was too loose. This is frustrating because I am purchasing via the mail which becomes and expensive process since it costs money to return / repurchase. The exchange for fit is not free."

"My plair made in Mexico are a 5 star, my new pair made in China are 2 stars. The Mexico pair weigh 708 grams and the China pair weigh 606. They are also rougher so the the quality of the denim has decreased significantly."
